EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY OUR AIM IS YOUR TOTAL SATISFACTION AS A CLIENT
To proceed to the devolution of an article acquired in our online shop, you must fill in the return and/or exchange form that you will find inside the parcel or envelope of your order.
- Request a return by mail to email@example.com within 7 working days following the reception of the product, letting us know the reason of the devolution if you consider it necessary for us to continue improving our service.
- The articles must be returned:
a) In its original condition, together with any accessory that came with the same, not being able to be used, washed or damaged.
b) With its original labels.
c) In its original and complete packaging.
d) Attach the invoice or a copy of the same in case of returning just a part of the order. Please send the article to the following address:

Important Notice: Until we receive the article returned in our warehouse this will be under your responsibility. We recommend to send the article by courier or certified post and to keep the receipt.
In time of promotional discounts, the returns were paid by the customer.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?
To return an article bought from Aditty Ibiza you only have to contact with the courier company or the Post Office and send us the article to the address stated above. The postal costs will be payable by the client who wishes to return the article. If the article is damaged, Aditty Ibiza will assume the total cost of the postage for its exchange and/or return.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN?
Once the return has been done, you will receive the amount paid in the same way you made the payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN?
When we check that the articles are in perfect condition and with the adequate labels, you will receive an email confirming the amount that will be returned to your account.
AND IF THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN WAS INCORRECT?
If this happens, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to solve the problem at the earliest. In case Aditty Ibiza had sent by mistake a different article to the one ordered or that the quality of the article sent is not the adequate, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return and/or exchange. In this case, Aditty Ibiza will pay the shipping and return costs. In case of special promotions, where the shipping costs are offered for free, the client will pay for the return shipping costs. Returns on pay on delivery will not be accepted.
